  1. That a boy luther, you keep those ADHD’S focused on their next business flop. everyone wants to be a John Elway or a Paris Hilton. The best way to learn to focus is to get some hand lotion and a playboy mag. That will teach focus motivation and a successesful out cum. get it luther.

    You have a very common problem that has a simple solution that’s hard to do. U need to stop living ur life for other people and live ur life for urself, it’s hard cuz it takes guts to take the flack u r gonna get from the people you will disappoint, u have to figure it’s worth it to make urself happy. If u find the inner strength to live a life that’s worthwhile to u, then u will probably lose your “friends” that only care about what u can do 4 them and not what’s best 4 u.

  4. i am my own boss , have been for two years. and now im not modivated to continue working. that is another thing you guys will fall into.

  5. hmm how can i get motivated to do something i hate? im 17 and i play basketball cuz im good. im the 3rd best one on the team but i cant quit cuz everyone would give me shit.. it deeply depresses me. im much more of a philosophical mind than an athelete mind..ugh, and i have to aply to colleges and i dnt know what to do. and i see this guy with a harvard shirt on and i get a 19 on my act. im really really smart in certain subjects just not the act ones..ughh.ones that matter ike psychology. help

I am rubbish at getting motivated, having dreams & goals accomplished, I get so far, then I think i’m scared of going further in case I fail and realise my dream, my bit of hope to keep me going, is pulled out from under me. BUT imao I feel Im greatt at giving advice ,even to someone with the same problem i have, i just cant take my own advice. Im wondering if another person was the same, we xchange messages on utube to help each other get on and ask ” so what did u get done today than?”

  7. Drink water drink water drink water until you puke, except immediately before you work out. (don’t want to get a cramp) carb up a few hours before, cup of coffee and a vitamin B-12 45 minutes before. warm up slowly for 10-15 minutes and all of a sudden, your body is ready to blow the cobwebs out, so to speak. Too much caffeine restricts blood flow in the body and is actually counter productive, so don’t over do it. Substances that dialate blood vessels in the body help- i.e. Mary Jane

  8. Some good ideas. A little evident, perhaps, but good for beginners or the people who haven’t put much thought into motivating themselves, yet.

    Please consider limiting your ads to 15 seconds for videos of this length, though. It can discourage people from watching your videos when they have to sit through an annoying ad for 30 seconds to watch a 2-minute video.

    I have recently suffered a back injury from an accident at work. I used to work out all the time, and now I can’t do as much as I used to. Do you have any tips on what types of exercises I can do so that I don’t cause stress on my back? It’d be much appreciated!

  14. Ha Ha. Hey Sarah. I totally think of biggest loser when I run. I always think, if they can work out hard and sweat the way they do, then I can run these “easy” 3 or 4 miles. =)

  19. Hey Sarah, what do you recommend drinking while working out? because i work out atleast like 2 hours, and chilled cold water doesn’t do any good for me, it just makes me hungry. I was thinking about getting gatorade, but i would have to buy lots and lots of packs for gatorade, which will cost a lot. So, please reply back, thanks.

  20. Hi Sarah, so i just bought a dance mat to play on playstation and i was wondering if it would work like cardio excercises or not? and can i just dance on it instead of going out and run? (it has a workout mode and i want to know if it really works..) cos i live in Thailand and it’s just too hot outside and i don’t wanna get heat strokes lol Thanks 🙂
